| I was updating all of my vehicle records with current carfax reports, and when I ran my Z (90 N/A auto to TT 5spd conversion) I saw that in California it failed emissions as an N/A and it says now: 02/20/2002 142,856 California Inspection Station Whittier, CA Failed emissions inspection Designated GROSS POLLUTER And every entry AFTER that it says "DESIGNATED GROSS POLLUTER" including after it passed colorado emissions with no emissions at all except stock cats.. It has been a TT since 2003. My question is what does "Designated Gross Polluter" mean? I can't register it in California? (I'm going to register my Z here in East Texas in a few weeks, but I don't have emissions where I live (but have vehicle inspection)... Thanks in advance.
